Looks like Lenovo is brewing some portable gaming machine with the renders of Legion Go surfacing the web.
This looks like it will take on the growing handheld PC in the market such as Steam, ROG Ally, Aya Neo, Onexplayer, and many more.
This also looks to have taken inspiration from the Nintendo Switch due to the detachable controllers on each side while you can also notice some RGB touch to improve its aesthetics. There's also a trackpad at the right part to answer shooting games' dilemmas on portable gaming or simply for navigation.
According to rumors, the Legion GO is said to feature an 8-inch touch screen with thin bezels on the sides but there's no info on resolution or refresh rate.
While leaks suggest that it will be powered by Ryzen 7040 Phoenix series chipset based on Zen 4 and RDNA 3 GPUs.
For I/O it will come with a microSD card slot, a 3.5mm headphone jack, power and volume buttons, and a USB-C port. While at the bottom part, there's a secondary USB-C port.
Another interesting feature is a wide kickstand containing the Legion logo at the back. You can also notice some heat exhaust to handle the temperature levels of the device.
There's no word yet on when it will be announced alongside the price and availability. But these renders are convincing.
What do you guys think?
