Inside, it has a 4nm 3.3GHz Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 with a New Adreno GPU. It is paired with 12GB/16GB of RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB storage options. However, the Pro version won't have a 12GB RAM option.

The phones are also equipped with a Q1 self-developed chip that provides frame sensing technology, real-time monitoring of load, and accurate scheduling and distribution and matching large, medium, and small cores for game threads with different load requirements. As per iQOO, a 1 hour of gaming in ultra settings will reach a maximum of 40.5 degrees Celsius of temperature.

For battery, both feature 5,000mAh capacity, iQOO says they are using what they call the Super Graphite Battery which uses negative electrode graphite reconstruction tech, added with multiple electrode plate cold pressing technology to further increase energy density and have higher discharge capacity. As for charging they are using 120W powerbrick for wired and supports 50W wireless charging.

In the camera department, they are identical as well. The phones feature a 50MP 1/1.3-inch primary shooter + 50MP ultra-wide-angle sensor + 64MP 3x periscope telephoto shooter. The phones also support 2nd gen OIS anti-shake tech, reaching CIPA 4.5 level, and use multi-frame fusion algorithm and bionic night sky algorithm to achieve desired sky shots.

For selfies, they are equipped with a 16MP f/2.45 front-facing shooter.

To handle thermals, it has a 6K ultra-large VC vapor chamber and 11 temperature sensors to monitor temperature fluctuations in real-time. Moreover, they have efficient performance scheduling and remarkable heat dissipation as iQOO claims.

Connectivity-wise, they are similar as well with 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 7 (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and dual SIM support.
