vivo T4 Ultra launched in India: Dimensity 9300+, 120Hz 1.5K AMOLED, and 50MP rear cameras

In India, vivo introduced the new T4 Ultra, featuring a 4nm Dimensity 9300+ octa-core processor and a 50MP main rear camera, as well as a 50MP 3x periscope telephoto lens.

The best T4 variant yet

In March 2025, vivo introduced the T4x 5G with the Dimensity 7300. Months later, in June 2025, the brand introduced the Ultra variant.

It comes in either Phoenix Gold or Meteor Gray, and the phone measures 160.5 x 75.02 x 7.43mm and weighs 192 grams.

In front of the phone is the 6.78-inch AMOLED with a 2,800 x 1,260 resolution, a 5,500 nits peak brightness, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 480Hz touch sampling rate. It is SCHOTT Xensation a cover glass protected.

Inside the phone is the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ octa-core processor, 8GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM, a 256GB/512GB UFS 3.1, and a 5,500mAh battery with 90W USB-C charging. The components are cooled by a 4,362 mm² vapor chamber made of graphite.

At the back of the phone are the 50MP f/1.88 main camera with Sony IMX921 sensor and OIS, an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide camera with Galaxycore GC08A8 sensor, and a 50MP f/2.55 3x periscope telephoto with 1/1.95-inch Sony IMX882 sensor, a 15cm macro, and an LED flash.

While in front is the 32MP f/2.45 selfie camera with a 1/3.1-inch Galaxycore GC32E1 sensor.

Other features include an optical in-display fingerprint scanner, IP64 dust and water resistance, 5G, Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, BEIDOU, GLONASS, GALILEO, NFC, and QZSS.
