What made the new realme 15 Pro 5G Game of Thrones Limited Edition unique?

The new smartphone is the fruit of the official collaboration between realme and Game of Thrones.

It is a meticulously crafted device for the fans with deep references from the legendary fantasy television series that aired on HBO from 2011 to 2019, based on George R.R. Martin's book series, A Song of Ice and Fire.

The box, iron throne

The box itself screams medieval and GOT on first look. Opon opening, the box will transform into the iconic Iron Throne phone stand.

Stickers and King's Hand pin

It will also come with Stickers and cards as well as Mysterious bank letters (UV-transitioning letter paper where text will be visible when exposed to sunlight or UV light).

Moreover, it has the King's Hand pin that you can use to eject the SIM tray of the phone.

Design wise, it impressed even me, an individual who isn't a huge fan of the series. The craftsmanship is superb.

Closer look at the details of its back design

It comes with House sigil shading DECO, Golden dragon claws, 3D engraving - Targaryen sigil, and Black leather - dragon skin texture. The materials simply feels premium and this is easily one of the best-looking collaboration phone I've seen in person.

Its back cover even has engravings of the iconic "Winter is Coming" line and Fire and Blood in reference to the history of House Targaryen.

The coolest part? This is the first color-changing leather material in the world.

I haven't tested it in person since our time with the device is super limited, but realme claims that when exposed to 44-degree heat, the color of the leather will change from Black to Red.

To protect the device from scratches, realme also included a leather-like flexible case.

Aside from the physical Game of Throne references, the device has a heavily custom UI for the fans.

Front and side buttons

There are two themes Iron Throne (Ice Theme) and Iron Throne (Fire Theme) and a custom fast charging animation. Of course, there is a boot animation with Game of Thrones logo.

In the camera department, it also comes with special Kingdom Filter (Warm Tone) and Northland Filter (Cool Tone). There is also a GOT co-branded watermark.

Moreover, the AI Edit Genie allows users to enter the command "Back to the world of power" to change your photo with regular clothes to medieval costume.
