Return of the 4GB + 64GB memory configuration?

The new tablet is made from a high-strength aluminum alloy unibody that the brand claims to be flagship grade. It measures 226.51 x 147.97 x 7.4mm and weighs 401 grams. It is available in either Graphite Grey or Silver.

In front of the tablet is the 9.7-inch Crystal-clear display with a 2,048 x 1,280 resolution, a 600 nits peak brightness, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 180Hz touch sampling rate. It is TUV Rheinland Low Blue Light, Flicker Free, and Circadian Friendly certified.

Inside the tablet is the 6nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 2 4G platform, Adreno 610 GPU, 4GB LPDDR4X RAM, 64GB/128GB UFS 2.2 storage, and a 7,600mAh battery with 18W fast charging via USB-C. However, you only get a 15W wall charger in the box.

At the back of the tablet is the 8MP f/2.0 rear camera, while in front is the 5MP f/2.2 selfie camera.

Other features include Dual 4G LTE, GPS L1, GLONASS, BDS, WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, stereo speakers, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

It is running on Xiaomi HyperOS 3.0.
