It's more convenient now

The service began at an event in Taguig City attended by Senior Associate Justice Marvic Leonen, First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos, Information and Communications Secretary Robert Joseph de Claro, and Ernesto Perez of the Anti-Red Tape Authority.

To use the system, applicants must first create an account with one of three Electronic Notarization Facilities (ENFs) that have received accreditation so far: Twala, QLegal, or NotarizeIT. The sign-up page is at sc.judiciary.gov.ph/enotarization/registration-portal/.

Registered users can then pick an Electronic Notary Public (ENP) from the Court’s list of commissioned notaries at sc.judiciary.gov.ph/enotarization/commissioned-enps/.

Guides on using the facilities are available as videos at sc.judiciary.gov.ph/enotarization/enfs-instructional-videos/.
