After its CES 2017 debut, Lenovo has presented the "Legion" in the Philippines. It's the company's sub-brand specially curated for gamers to compete with the likes of ROG and Alienware.

The event launched the a variety of powerful Legion gaming laptops for hardcore gamers such as the Lenovo Legion Y520 and Ideapad Y910. The IdeaCentre Y710 Cube PC was also introduced.

Lenovo Legion is dedicated to our community of gamers, and their passion for gaming, said Michael Ngan, Country General Manager for Lenovo Philippines. And by introducing Legion through this gaming convention, we hope to grow such a community - where local gamers can support each other in the world of gaming, and improve camaraderie online.

First is the Legion Y520, an entry-level gaming laptop w/ 15.6 inch 1080p or 1440p screen running on Intel's 7th gen Kaby Lake processor paired with GTX 1050 / 1050i GPU. It also has up to 16 GB of RAM, up to 2 TB HDD, and 45 WHr battery.

Lenovo also highlights a Harman-certified speakers w/ Dolby Premium technology audio software, Nervse Sense feature (lighting adjustment, Extreme Cooling, and livestreaming), and Windows 10 OS.

Lenovo also debuted the Ideapad Y910, a VR ready laptop with 6th gen Intel Core i7 processor w/ One Key Turbo for performance enhancement in a click. It has GTX 1080M graphics and up to 4K resolution on its HUGE 17.3 inch screen.

The IdeaCentre Y710 Cube on the other is a compact VR ready PC running with 
6th gen Intel Core i7 processor that has GTX 1080 GPU and up to 16 GB of DDR4 graphics w/ up to 4K video support. This tower only has a size of a 15.48 inch long laptop that weighs at 7.4 kilograms.

Right now, only the IdeaCentre Y710 Cube is available for PHP 81,990 at all Lenovo Philippines retail stores. The Lenovo Legion Y520 will arrive this February while the Ideapad Y910 is scheduled to retail here this first quarter of 2017 as well.
