Nokia 2 to arrive in the Philippines on Feb 9, priced at PHP 5,290!

Late last year, we revealed that HMD Global could bring the Nokia 2 in the Philippines early 2018.

Now official in PH!

Today, the company sticked to that timeframe and announced that the Nokia 2 will be available in the country starting this coming February 9.

In case you missed it, the Nokia 2 is a budget Android smartphone with HUGE battery capacity. In particular, it highlights a 4,100mAh battery with up to 2-day battery life to power the smartphone.

In addition, the Nokia 2 has an 8MP camera, LTE w/ VoLTE, and pure Android 7.1.1 Nougat experience with timely OS updates.

Juho Sarvikas, Chief Product Officer of HMD Global, said: People rely on their phones so much these days, with many subconsciously rationing their battery life when out and about so the phones can last the day. We don't think you should have to do less with your phone, which is why we created a smartphone that can power through when other devices need a pit stop.
