The Much Better Ekotab Encore 3G Revealed!

If there's a chance that your are looking for a decent tablet at an affordable price, this one might be for you. Ekotek just revealed the update to the affordable Encore 2 tablet now with 3G connectivity and a feature wherein you can use the tab as a phone with a huge screen!

Aside from that, most of the hardware was also upgraded, it now has a much better 7 inch screen with 5 point multi touch and IPS at the screen resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, a better 1.3 GHz MT8382 quad core processor from the All Winner chip, 2 times the ROM at 8 GB from 4 GB and double the RAM at 1 GB from 512 MB. What I also liked here is Ekotek was able to put a better camera now at 5 MP rear and 2 MP front respectively.

The efficient Li-Pol battery remains the same at 2,500 mAh, but it now has 3G connectivity and Dual SIM capabilities together with the usual good design and tough build of Ekotek products. However, the pricing and availability is still to be confirmed.
