At just 4,490 Pesos, what Acer did here at the start of the year is close to unbelievable. They were able to offer 64 bit device with high specs and graphics unknown at this price point before. It has a 4.5 inch screen, 1.5 GHz 64 bit MT6732 quad core processor, Mali T760 GPU, 1 GB RAM, 8 GB ROM and 2,500 mAh of battery.

Cherry Mobile Ultra - 4,999 Pesos

With the price tag of 4,999 Pesos, the Cherry Mobile ultra remains to be one of the most affordable LTE smartphone in the land today. It features a bigger 5 inch HD screen with 10 point multi touch at 294 ppi. Aside from that this device is also powered by the reliable Snapdragon 400 processor and Adreno 305 GPU for gaming. It also has 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of expandable internal storage, 13 MP rear camera, 2 MP selfie camera and 2,000 mAh of battery.

CloudFone GEO 400 LTE+ - 4,299 Pesos

Next is the CloudFone Geo 400 LTE+, there are two variants of this device. The regular Geo 400 LTE and the Geo 400 LTE+. I did not include the regular Geo 400 for one reason, the Geo 400+ is the device that packs better specs and value. It rocks a 4 inch screen, 1.2 GHz Snapdragon quad core processor, 1 GB RAM, 4 GB internal storage, 5 MP rear camera and 2 MP selfie camera.

Next are the Cherry Mobile Flare 4 and Cherry Mobile Flare S4. Needs not much introduction, but the new game changing devices are the most powerful in this list. It boast 1.3 GHz 64 bit octa core processor, Mali T720 GPU, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB ROM and 5 inch HD IPS 2.5D semi curved screen.
