Great news guys! Cherry Mobile just announced on the social media pages that they'll be seeing the rare and much needed Android 5.1 Lollipop update to two of their affordable and capable octa core offerings, the Flare S3 Octa and Flare S3 Power.

How to update?

To update your handsets, all you need to do is connect to the internet, have more than enough battery life and download the OTA update and wait for your phone to restart and complete the update.
