Apparently, Lenovo has silently updated their Vibe series with a new device called the Vibe C, an entry level smartphone 4G LTE capability.

The Lenovo Vibe C features a 5 inch HD screen with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels at 294 ppi, powered with a quad core processor, has 1 GB of RAM, expandable storage up to 32 GB and 2,300 mAh of battery capacity.

This phone was spotted at an online store at Croatia called eKupi for the price of USD 105 which is roughly around under 5K in Philippine Pesos.
There's no word on the rest of the missing details and international availability though.
