Lenovo Launches ThinkPad X1 Carbon, ThinkPad X1 Yoga, And ThinkPad X1 Tablet In The Philippines

Yesterday, Lenovo Philippines just unveiled their latest Think X1 family for the Philippine market. Namely ThinkPad X1 Carbon, ThinkPad X1 Yoga, and ThinkPad X1, they are top notch devices catered for business professionals in every profile.

Those innovative portfolio are designed for the forward thinkers and anyone who simply wants to do more. The ThinkPad X1 has a unique modular design, the ThinkPad X1 Yoga comes with world's first OLED screen, and the ThinKPad X1 Carboon is thinner and lighter with improved performance.

First is the ThinkPad X1 Carbon, an overall improvement over its predecessor as it has a thinner, lighter, and more powerful specs. It goes with a either a WQHD IPS or FHD IPS creen, 16 GB RAM, 11 hours battery life, LTE connectivity, measures at 16.5 mm, and just weighs at 2.6 lbs.

Next is the ThinkPad X1 Yoga, the world's first convertible that features an optional Samsung OLED screen that produces rich colors and much deeper blacks. It goes with Core i7 vPro processor, up to 1 TB PCIe NVMe storage, LTE connectivity, and retractable keyboard. Apart from that, the X1 Yoga still has the traditional Yoga modes that includes - Laptop, Stand, Tent, and Tablet modes.

The most interesting and the newest concept in the bunch is the ThinkPad X1 Tablet. It's a rare modular tablet that goes with simple clip-on optional models. It includess the Productivity Mode that adds up to 15 hours battery life and Presenter Mode that adds an integrated Pico projector that beams up to 2 meters w/ HDMI port. Lastly, it has a 3D Imaging Module that uses an Intel RealSense Camera.

The ThinkPad X1 Tablet also has a stylus pen for drawing, writing, and editing documents, detachable keyboard, LTE Advanced support, and a removable rear panel for serviceability / upgrades.

The ThinkPad X1 Yoga is priced at 132,990 Pesos while the ThinkPad X1 Tablet will retail at 83,990 Pesos w/ Productivity Model starting this July 2016. For the presenter module that has a Pico projector, it'll be priced at 18K Pesos. 

The Thinkpad X1 Carbon on the other hand will be available this August of 2016 with an unconfirmed price yet.
