Samsung Notebook Odyssey Gaming Machines Announced

After Lenovo's , Samsung Electronics has also officially entered the world of gaming laptops with the announcement fo the Notebook Odyssey series. First, they'll come with a 15.6 inch model and a bigger 17.3 inch variant.

Samsung Notebook Odyssey black

For the Samsung Notebook Odyssey 17.3 (black) inch model, its equipped with a 17.3 inch FHD screen w/ 1920 x 1080 wide angle resolution and anti-glare coating. Under the hood, it has an up to 7th gen Intel Core i7 quad core processor, up to 64 GB DDR 4 RAM, dual SSD and HDD storage, and large 93 Wh battery.

The notebook is also loaded Volcano Keycap, customized RGB LED colors for individual keys, USB 3.0 (4EA), USB Type C, HDMI, LAN, HP, MIC. It measures at 35.6 to 37.7 mm in height and weighs at 3.78 kg.

Samsung Notebook Odyssey white

For the Samsung Notebook Odyssey 15.6 (black, white), it comes in a smaller 15.6 inch FHD screen with the same tech. It has an up to 7th gen Intel core i7 quad core processor, NVIDIA GTX1050, up to 32 GB DDR4 RAM, up to 256 GB SSD and 1 TB HDD, and 43 Wh battery.

You'll also find a WASD Key highlight, LED backlit with crater keycap, USB 3.0 (1EA), USB 2.0 (2EA), HDMI, LAN, HP & Mic Combo. It measures at 24.0 - 28.2 mm in height and weighs at 2.53 kg.
