Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) Could Receive Nougat Update Soon

Based on new reports, Samsung's Galaxy J5 (2016) could be among the next Samsung smartphones that's scheduled to receive the Android 7.0 Nougat update.

A listing of the handset was spotted at WiFi Alliance with Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. So, we can assume that Samsung is already working to bring the said update that could revamp the performance of the phone late this year.

In case you missed it, the Galaxy J5 (2016) was launched last year in April. It has a 5.2 inch HD Super AMOLED display, 64 bit Snapdragon 410 chip, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB expandable storage, 3,100 mAh battery, 13 MP f/1.9 main camera, 5 MP f/1.9 selfie camera w/ LED flash, and LTE connectivity.

Now, it's time to hope that this news is accurate. If possible, let's also hope that after Nougat, Samsung is kind enough to update it to Oreo.
