As a matter of fact, Cherry Mobile only made 500 pieces of this phone. It also has our names engraved on it for a more personalized approach.

In addition, the phone looks stunning and has the best specs found on any Cherry smartphone yet.

Unfortunately, this phone won't be available for the public unless there will be a significant demand for it.

But anyway, meet Cherry's finest smartphone yet, the Flare S6 Premium.

The Cherry Mobile Flare S6 Premium is one of Cherry's most premium looking smartphone yet. It's made out of solid all metal unibody construction with nice chamfered edges. In front, the 5.5-inch FHD screen with 2.5D curved glass has Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

It has a striking red colored textured metal design with bold black antenna band design. Side bezels are quite slim, but top and bottom bezels are a bit thicker than what we liked. There's just a slight camera hump, but design is still sleek overall.

Design is catchy!

Ergonomics is good too. It isn't too big and it isn't too small. All ports and buttons are on proper placements too. We also like that it is on USB Type-C already.

The 5.5-inch FHD screen

Screen is decent, the 5.5-inch FHD IPS panel it is using has nice sharpness and cool colors. Viewing angles are good too and brightness levels too. It isn't just that vivid, but we are fine with it. Screen has 5 points of touch too.
Nice AnTuTu score!
Nice AnTuTu score!

Inside, it's one of the most powerful phone of Cherry Mobile. It boasts the new 2.6GHz 64-bit Helio X27 deca-core processor paired with Mali-T880MP4 graphics which should handle most of the heavy tasks with ease.
NBA 2K18
NBA 2K18

One of the games we tried is the new NBA 2K18 Android. All high settings is playable. But, frame drops are present. It is buttery smooth on all medium settings.

Multitasking is great due to its 4GB RAM. We also liked that we can put a lot of apps, photos, games, and etc. on its expandable 64GB storage.

Big battery with fast charging!

Battery is quite big as well. It has 3,680mAh battery inside paired with MediaTek's Pump Express 2.0 fast charging. According to MediaTek, Pump Express 2.0 can charge your device up to 75% in 30 mins. But, let's expect it to be slower in this phone as the battery capacity of the Flare S6 Premium is bigger than average.
The capable dual camera setup
The capable dual camera setup

At the back, it sports a capable dual camera setup. In particular, it has a 13MP Sony IMX258 RGB sensor + 13MP Sony IMX258 monochrome sensor f/2.0 w/ PDAF and quad LED flash.

You may also play around with its robust and improved camera UI. It has a dedicated monochrome, bokeh, filters, 3x digital zoom, and manual mode.

It can shoot photos with good details and colors. Depth is also good due to its secondary cam. However, using the HDR mode may overexpose your subject. It could make it too bright in general.

Lowlight is decent, but expect to see visible grain. Use its quad LED flash in lowlight if needed.

For selfies, it has a 13MP f/2.0 w/ LED flash. It is decent, but not as impressive as the dual camera setup (obviously). However, we would have liked it better if it has sharper details than what it have right now. Fortunately, it has flash that you can use in the dark.

The Cherry Mobile Flare S6 Premium is both pretty and powerfulSadly, there's no SRP for this phone as it won't be available for everyone. It means that you won't find it in stores.

But, let's look at the bright side. Cherry Mobile has a ability to craft a phone that's this good. This is just a glimpse of the future.

I'm looking forward to see what else they have in store for the masses next year.
