Snapdragon 845 Mobile Platform announced!

In a press release today, Qualcomm Technologies just announced their next generation flagship mobile processor technology, the Snapdragon 845 Mobile Platform.

Qualcomm also confirmed that Samsung Foundry will be the fondry that Snapdragon 845 will use. Both companies will continue to work together to advance in the silicon manufacturing process.

In addition, Xiaomi Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Lei Jun announced that Xiaomi's next flagship smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon 845.

Unfortunately, that's all we know for now. But, let's expect the Snapdragon 845 to be a top notch mobile processor packed w/ the latest innovations in mobile computing, A.I. features,  machine learning, battery optimizations, advanced connectivity solutions, and more.
