Huawei announced the initial list of devices that will get Android Oreo!

According to XDA Developers's recent report, Huawei announced on Weibo which devices will get the highly anticipated Android 8.0 Oreo OS with EMUI 8.0 skin!

The update brings all the new features, optimizations, and security patches of the newest flavor of Android and Huawei's EMUI skin.

XDA's report revealed the list of devices that are scheduled to receive the Oreo-based EMUI 8.0 skin in the coming weeks.

1. Huawei Mate 8

2. Huawei P9

3. Huawei P9 Plus

4. Huawei Nova Youth Edition

5. Huawei Nova 2

6. Huawei Nova 2 Plus

Late last year, Huawei also updated the Honor 8 Pro, Mate 9, Mate 9 Pro Honor 9, and Honor 9V to Oreo.

This list could be partial only though. Obviously, the Huawei P10 series that's on Oreo Beta Program right now will be updated to Oreo as well.

The likes of their popular devices liek the Nova 2i could have the update as well.

We can expect more Huawei devices to be updated to Oreo this year.
