iFixit teardowns Huawei P20 Pro and discovers triple OIS camera sensors!

The internet's best do-it-yourself gadget repair website iFixit has torn down the Huawei P20 Pro and discovers all three rear cameras have OIS.

iFixit has been the internet's go-to website for do-it-yourself repair guides for all the latest gadgets. One of the reasons we love the website is how they procedurally teardown component by component while documenting each step with high resolution images.

At the end of each teardown they give each gadget a repairability score which grades each gadget at how easy they are to repair on your own.

The Huawei P20 Pro has been deemed harder to repair than the Apple iPhone X which is a bummer.

However, it looks like Huawei has been holding out on us as in the official launch of the P20, only the Telephoto lens was marketed to have an OIS. 

In the tear down, it was discovered that all three rear camera sensors have OIS hardware. You can find in there website a video where in they test each sensor's OIS.
