OnePlus updates OnePlus 5 and 5T to Android 8.1 Oreo
OnePlus has started rolling out the Oxygen OS 5.1.0 updated based Android 8.1 Oreo for the OnePlus 5 and 5T flagship smartphones.

The update comes with the latest security patch and optimizations for the gaming mode. It include power efficiency settings and network prioritization.
OnePlus also added new features for the launcher like auto name folders based on their category and added category tags in the search section.
Based on reports, the OnePlus 5T will also get the full-screen gesture support. But, the regular OnePlus 5 with regular 16:9 screen aspect ratio wont get it for now.
According OnePlus, the update might take few days to reach everyone. So, be patient if it is not yet available on your device right away.
