1. A top "Notch" screen - Puns aside though. Even though it has a notch up top, the OPPO F7 really has a great display. It has a 6.23-inch FHD+ LTPS IPS display with a resolution of 2880 x 1080. It has a 2.5D glass on top with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Although it is a big display, the device itself still has a footprint comparable to those with devices that has a 5.5-inch display. The display has great color reproduction, brightness and images come out sharp as well.

It also has a sleek and sexy looking glass-like acrylic finish at the back as well. The inclusion of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection is a welcome addition since other manufacturers basically does not include this in this price range.
3. Big battery capacity - It has a 3,400 mAh battery that lasts longer than expected. It shows the power management improvement with Android 8.1 Oreo and the MTK Helio P60 processor. It lasted even during our gaming test with NBA 2K18 and PUBG mobile. Once you need to charge it, the 2A charger will definitely help to top it up faster.
4. Speedy fingerprint + face unlock - Like the OPPO F5, the OPPO F7 still has the speedy and reliable fingerprint scanner at the back. In addition, it also has a fast face unlock feature. The face unlock feature works even in lowlight.

5. The 25MP A.I. Powered selfie camera - As we said during our first impressions, the 25 MP A.I. powered selfie camera is one of the best we ever tested yet. The images come out more natural and with a more natural looking bokeh effect. One thing that can be improved though is color reproduction though as it sometimes has the tendency to make you a bit whiter.
By the way, the 16MP f/1.8 PDAF camera of the OPPO F7 is also capable. It even has a dedicated expert mode for pro mobile photography.
6. Beast performance with Helio P60 for the price - The OPPO F7 has the MediaTek Helio P60 octa-core processor clocked in at 2.0GHz. It is paired up with the Mali-G72 GPU, 4GB of RAM with 64GB of expandable storage. This set up played PUBG Mobile and NBA 2K18 with no problem. Multi-tasking is also a breeze and we haven't felt any slow downs. This is crazy performance for a phone under PHP 18K.

7. Under PHP 18K price tag - The OPPO F7 is still under PHP 18K. All of the things listed above plus the Dirac HD audio, 4G 700MHz, LTE w/ VoLTE, OTG and a great 16MP main camera with scene recognition is really stretching what you can get for that price. This is really one of the value mid-ranger out there.
