Nokia X specs revealed by TENAA

TENAA, the Chinese certification body recently revealed some of the key specs of HMD Global's upcoming Nokia X smartphone ahead of its May 16 launch date.

Based on TENAA's listed specs, the Nokia X will be a pretty capable mid-range smartphone.

The phone will come with a model number TA-1099. It will feature a 5.8-inch display with 2280 x 1080 resolution which suggests that it will have a notch.

Under the hood, it'll pack a 1.8GHz 64-bit octa-core processor. According to rumors, it could be Qualcomm's Snapdragon 636 SoC with Adreno 509 GPU. It will also be paired with 3GB/4GB/6GB RAM, 32GB/64GB expandable via microSD card to 128GB storage, and 3,000mAh battery.

On the camera setup, it'll have 3 cameras. It will have two cameras at the back and one camera in front. What we only know is the primary sensor will be at 16MP and will have 4K video support.

TENAA also revealed that the Nokia X will come with 4G LTE connectivity and a fingerprint scanner behind.

It also has gravity, distance, and light sensors.

The phone measures at 147.2 x 70.98 x 7.99 mm and weighs at 151 g. It will be available in blue, black, and silver white color variants.
