Huawei Mate 20 Lite with four cameras launched in Poland

In Poland, Huawei made the Mate 20 Lite official ahead of the flagship Mate 20/Mate20 Pro. It's the budget version of the Mate this 2018.

The handset comes with a 3D curved glass back, metal frame, and a notched display. It now has a bigger 6.3-inch 19:5:9 panel with FHD+ 2340 x 1980 resolution at 409 ppi. It has a 19:5:9 screen aspect ratio and an 81 percent screen-to-body ratio. The screen-to-body ratio of the Mate 10 Lite last year is 76.5 percent.

In terms of specs, it is the second device to run with the 64-bit Kirin 710 octa-core processor. The first one is the Nova 3i. It's the company's first 12 nm chipset with up to 2.2GHz clock speed. It is paired with the Mali-G51 MP4 GPU with GPU Turbo technology.

The Mate 20 Lite is coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. You can expand the storage by up to 256GB with the use of a microSD card.

Powering this phone is a 3,750mAh battery which you can charge via USB Type-C. It also has 9V/2A fast charging support.

On the camera part, it has a quad camera setup. It goes with a 20MP f/1.8 + 2MP at the back and a 24MP + 2MP for selfies. As expected, it is assisted by the power of AI which you can turn on and off. The AI can detect up to 22 different scenes to automatically help you take better photos.

The phone also has face unlock tech, fingerprint scanner at the back, WiFi (2.4GHz/5GHz), 4G LTE connectivity, NFC, GPS, A-GPS, and dual SIM slots (hybrid).

The Mate 20 Lite weighs at just 172 grams. It loads with the new EMUI 8.2 skin based on Android 8.1 Oreo OS.

It will come in black, gold, and blue color options.

In Poland, the price is PLN 1,599 or around PHP 23.3K. It will come with a FREE Huawei Smart Scale in that country.

There's no word yet if it'll be available in other parts of the world including the Philippines.
