Samsung teases the Bixby-assisted Galaxy Home speaker

A lot has been unveiled during the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2018 including the Galaxy Note 9. However, nobody expected the Galaxy Home Bixby-assisted speakers.

Samsung Galaxy Home

The Samsung Galaxy Home is a smart speaker that has been created together with AKG. It can produce high quality sound with a total of six speakers. It is said to be specifically engineered to make music sound amazing.

Samsung partners with Spotify

It has a subwoofer that can supply your music with a richer sounding bass. It also has Harman Kardon sound processing that can optimize the audio and provide a massive sound stage. It also has 8 microphones in total for far field voice recognition.

In terms of music partners, Samsung chose Spotify. The Galaxy Home and soon all of Samsung's device will be optimized for Spotify. Soon, you will be able issue voice commands for Bixby to operate Spotify.

This is a great sign in terms of Samsung's expanding ecosystem of intelligent devices. They are making the Samsung devices work seamlessly together to provide a truly immersive experience.
