A chip that changes everything?
Based on its naming convention, the Helio P90 should be more powerful than the newly launched Helio P70 found on the Realme U1.

A new AI chip! |
TL Lee, MediaTek's General Manager for Wireless Communication also revealed that it will be significantly better and not just an iterative upgrade versus the newly launched Helio P70 SoC.
There are also reports stating that there is a lower-end chip dubbed as the P80. The P80 was beaten only by the Snapdragon 8150.
Most likely, it will be the company's top of the line processor for 2019. It is safe to assume that it will match the likes of the Qualcomm's Snapdragon 800 series.
But, we won't be surprised if it'll compete very well against some of the high-end chipsets found in the market today.
Hopefully, it is also based with the power efficient and powerful 10nm or even 7nm manufacturing process.
According to our industry source, it will be unveiled on December 13.
Is this the company's answer to other premium and flagship processors?
