CES 2019: Acer announces super slim Swift 7 with tiny bezels!

At the ongoing CES 2019, Acer just introduced the all new Swift 7. It comes with a super slim body and tiny bezels.

The Acer Swift 7 features a 9.95 mm slim body (a bit thicker than 8.98 mm last year), but the bezels are tinier than ever! The laptop features a 14-inch FHD 1920 x 1080 touchscreen with an incredible 92 percent of screen-to-body ratio and almost no bezels.

Inside, it runs with an Intel 8th Gen Core i7-8500Y Amber Lake processor with 256GB or 512GB PCIe SSD storage, 8GB or 16GB LPDDR3 RAM, and up to 10 hours of battery life according to Acer.

The laptop also goes with a backlit keyboard, power button/Windows Hello fingerprint scanner,  2x Thunderbolt 3 USB-C port, and a headphone jack. It also has a pop-up camera that can rotate up to 65-degrees which reminds us of the MateBook X Pro of Huawei.

The laptop is also now lighter at 1.96 pounds.

The new Swift 7 will be  available in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and China in April with a starting price of USD 1,699 (around PHP 88.8K).
