CES 2019: List of new Lenovo products announced

Lenovo announced a bunch of new devices at CES 2019 including a smart clock, new consumer PCs, Gaming PCs, monitors and more.

Lenovo Smart Tab with the P10 tablet

Lenovo teamed up with Google to deliver the Smart Clock with Google Assistant. This is the newest addition to Lenovo's line up of smart living products. The Lenovo Smart Clock is perfect for a bedroom to help you unwind at night, kick start your day, and control your other smart home devices.

There's also the Lenovo Smart Tabs powered by Amazon's Alexa. These are 2-in-1 tablets that turn into full-function smart screens with the help of Alexa. Just put the Smart Tab into the Lenovo Smart Dock and the tablet will be a fully featured hub for your smart home devices.

Lenovo Yoga series

Lenovo is also looking to improve the "work" part of your life as well. First up, they are now turning into AI for their Yoga series of computer. They launched the Yoga S940, Yoga A940, Yoga C730 with AMOLED screen and Yoga Mouse with Laser Presenter.

The Yoga S940 is an ultra-slim laptop features the entire suite if AI-enabled Lenovo Smart Assist functions. It uses AI to filter out ambient noise and blur out distracting background noise during video calls. The AI can also detect your presence so the moment you go away from your computer it will automatically lock your screen. It also has features to prevent people seeing your activity over your shoulders.

The Yoga A940 is said to be designed for artists and designers. The A940 is an AIO desktop with a 27-inch optional 4K IPS touchscreen display with Dolby Vision for a vibrant picture quality. The rotating hinge enables the display to be tilted to a 25-degree drafting mode.

Next is the Yoga C730 2-in-1 laptop with a 15-inch 4K AMOLED display. It has an 8th Gen Intel Core i7 processor and JBL speakers with Dolby Atmos audio. It also has support for Windows Ink for pen input, Windows Hello for instant log-in and smart assistants with Cortana and Alexa. 

To round up the Yoga line up, we have the Yoga Mouse with laser presenter. This is a combo device that functions as a mouse with up to 1,600 dpi and a full functional laser presenter.

There are also upgrades with the Lenovo Legion series. They announced the new Legion Y740 and Y540 laptops. They also launched new accessories such as the Legion K500 RGB Mechanical Keyboard, M500 RGB Gaming Mouse and the Legion H500 Pro 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset and H300 Stereo Gaming Headset.

There are also new gaming monitors witth the Legion Y27GQ and Y44W with ultra-fast refresh rates and crisp picture quality. The Legion T730, T530 towers and C730, C530 cubes are going to be updated with the Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 GPUs.

Lenovo ThinkPad lineup

Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga

The 4th Gen Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon and X1 Yoga laptops are thinner and lighter now. The latter even has an all-aluminum chassis now. Both now sport new 400 nit FHD display with ThinkPad Privace Guard, new Dolby Atmos speaker system with 4 far-firld mics, 8th Gen Inter Core processors, Cat16 LTE-A option and enhanced WLAN, WWAN antenna design. They also has ThinkShutter as well on both the HD and IR cameras.

There is a new ThinkVision 43.3-inch P44W monitor that offers dual display capabilities without bezels. New accessories include the ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 Doc Gen 2, Lenovo Pro Stereo USB Headset, VOIP 360 camera speaker, Lenovo Powered USB-C Hub and 700 Ultra Portable Bluetooth speaker along with their own Commuter Backpack.
