POCOPHONE F1: Night Mode Camera Samples

POCOPHONE F1 has decent cameras for low light photography. But, it isn't enough to compete with the best out there. But they have a solution to that minor problem, the Night Mode update!

Night Mode is Xiaomi's own interpretation of Huawei/Honor's AIS Super Night Mode. It shoots multiple images for 3 seconds then stitch then into one image. It is like a handheld yet stabilized long exposure shot.

This method of Xiaomi will allow users to have shots with more details, better colors, and nicer exposure in low light versus traditional point and shoot images.

Our thoughts

The implementation of the Night Mode on the POCOPHONE F1 is fantastic.

It made out low light shots looks brighter but not overly bright. It has really good exposure control and nice colors. Details are sharper and noise is lesser. Dynamic range is also wide this time.

Night Mode transformed the POCOPHONE F1 from a decent to a good shooter at night.

It can even make the F1 compete with the night modes of other phones. Personally, I even like it better than the Night Sight feature of the Google Camera.
