OPPO to make Reno with 10x zoom official on April 24

OPPO has sent out invites for the launch of the new Reno flagship phone on March 24 in Zurich.

OPPO Reno is expected to be a phone with true full screen design, shark fin-like pop-up selfie camera, and 7nm Snapdragon 855 octa-core AI flagship processor.

It is also rumored to be paired with 8GB RAM, 4,000mAh battery with 50W SuperVOOC charge support, and the 48MP main camera with periscope lens for the 10x lossless zoom and 20x digital zoom.

It is said to be the same camera setup found on the OPPO 10x zoom prototype that we saw in Barcelona last February.

For selfies, the handset could feature a 16MP camera. There will also be a variant with 5G support as well.

There are rumors that the company might release a Reno Lite with lower-end specs too.

Previously, that the Reno line will launch on April 10, but it seems they changed their minds for some reasons.
