Build Quality/Design - In terms of design, the Note 10+ retains the familiar premium build of Samsung's flagship. It has a thin metal frame that was achieved via having a deeper curved glass than previous iterations. It also has a punch-hole at the center of the device's forehead. Corning Gorilla Glass 6 is also present for additional protection.

OnePlus 7 Pro also sports a metal and glass sandwich design. It exudes premium quality and durability at the same time. It also sports Gorilla Glass 6 glass protection. It does not have IP68 certification but OnePlus says it still has some kind of water resistance. The move to pop-up selfie camera allows it to have a notch-free screen.

The Huawei P30 Pro has a 6.47-inch 3D curved OLED screen with 2340 x 1080 FHD+ resolution at 398 ppi.

OnePlus 7 Pro has a 6.67-inch 2.5D curved Gorilla Glass 6 protected FLUID AMOLED screen with 3120 x 1440 QHD+ resolution at 516 PPI. It also has a 90Hz refresh rate that looks so smooth. It has a 93 percent screen-to-body ratio.
On paper, OnePlus 7 takes the lead here especially because of the 90Hz refresh rate. Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ has a slightly taller screen though. The P30 Pro takes a hit due to hit only having an FHD+ screen.
On paper, the OnePlus 7 Pro has a faster CPU and GPU. However, since they are all flagship devices, performance difference may be negligible enough. Both OnePlus 7 and Note 10+ can go up to 12GB of RAM. P30 Pro and Note 10 can have up to 512GB of expandable storage but OnePlus 7 has a smaller but faster storage solution.
Lastly, in terms of battery, Note 10+ has the biggest capacity with similar charging option with P30 Pro.
Huawei P30 Pro is equipped with a 40MP f/1.6 RYYB OIS sensor + 20MP f/2.2 ultra wide-angle sensor + 8MP f/3.4 OIS 5x periscope zoom sensor + ToF PDAF sensor paired with 4D predictive focus, AIS, color temperature sensor, and dual-tone LED flash. It also has a 32MP f/2.0 with AI HDR.
In terms of sheer sensor size, OnePlus 7 takes it with a 48MP Sony IMX586 main sensor. However, in terms of features its neck and neck among the three. In terms of selfie, the P30 Pro has the biggest sensor at 32MP.
Note 10+ has WiFi 6, OTG, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, USB-C, UHQ 32-bit/DSD audio support, AKG stereo speakers, and the S Pen.
