Vivo S1 to launch in the Philippines soon!

Vivo has just sent an announcement to team GIZGUIDE that the company will launch a new "stylish smartphone" soon.

A new stylish Vivo phone is coming!

According to Vivo, the said device is the Vivo S1 and it is different from the S1 that was first introduced in China last March.

First, the Vivo S1 for the Philippine market comes in Diamond Black and Skyline Blue colorways and it features a 6.38-inch Super AMOLED display with FHD+ 2340 x 1080 resolution.

Since it is using AMOLED and it doesn't have a fingerprint scanner at the back, it has an In-Display fingerprint sensor.

Under the hood, it is paired with the 12nm Helio P65 octa-core processor clocked at 2.0GHz paired with the Mali-G52 GPU.

Our source also told us that it has 6GB RAM, 128GB expandable storage via a dedicated microSD card slot, and 4,500mAh battery with 18W Dual Engine fast charging solution.

At the back, the phone features a 16MP f/1.8 main camera, 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide secondary camera, and 2MP f/2.4 third depth camera.

It also has dual-band WiFi, 4G LTE, Bluetooth, GPS, and dual SIM slots.

It runs with Android 9.0 OS with Funtouch OS 9 skin.

We heard that it will be available for pre-order from August 30 to September 8.
