HONOR V30 5G confirmed, to launch with Kirin 990 5G!

A few days after the launch of the new Huawei Kirin 990/5G flagship chip, it is HONOR's turn to reveal its upcoming device to load with that new processor, the V30 5G.

There is no other info about the HONOR's upcoming flagship aside from its chip. But since it will be powered by the Kirin 990 5G chip, it is safe to say that it will be a very powerful smartphone.

As a quick recap, Kirin 990 5G is the first 5G SoC based on the 7nm+ EUV process. It is also the world's first 5G NSA & SA chipset, 16-core Mali-G76 GPU, triple NPU with big-tiny core architecture, and an ISP with DLSR-level noise reduction.

Kirin 990 5G is a chip that is based on 2x A76 power cores clocked at 2.86GHz, 2x A76 cores clocked at 2.36GHz and 4x A55 cores at 1.95GHz. 

Like previous V series HONOR devices, we can expect the company to name this as the HONOR 30 for the global market.
