Globe provides FREE and unlimited WiFi in select hospitals

In a mission to help medical front liners, patients, and their loved ones stay connected amid the COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019) scare, Globe has provided FREE and unlimited internet via its GoWiFi services at select hospitals in Metro Manila.

The FREE service will start on March 13 and will end on April 15, 2020. The locations are found below:

We support the government’s call to ensure the health and safety of everyone, especially those residing in or nearby areas affected by COVID-19.  By providing connectivity in these locations, we also aim to augment the tireless efforts of our healthcare frontline workers in the midst of this national health emergency, said Janis Racpan, Director for Digital Solutions Group at Globe. 

Globe also urges everyone to exercise proper safety measures and to refrain from going to high-traffic locations to mitigate risks of virus transmission.

Apart from the WiFi service, Globe has also provided FREE access to the official websites of the Department of Health (DOH) and the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC).
