Another extension!

The extension will include even its business and enterprise clients nationwide. Initially, Globe has provided a 30-day extension which expired on April 15. But since the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) is still enforced to prevent the spread of COVID-19, Globe has granted another 30 days.

This means that Globe has provided its users with up to 60 days of bill payment.

Obviously, customers may expect a larger amount in their next bill due to previous unpaid bills prior to April. Late payment fees may appear on users' Globe At Home billing statements, but the company said that any payment fee during this period will be waived.

Mobile postpaid and Platinum customers are given an option to temporarily suspend their monthly spending limit or extend existing suspension further.

We want to ease the worries of our customers who cannot leave their homes yet and who may be financially burdened due to the adverse effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on businesses and employment, said Globe President and CEO Ernest Cu.

Those who wanted to avoid getting accumulated bills can still pay via GlobeOne app, Globe At Home app, and GCash.
