Fortnite now available for download at the Google Play Store

Android device owners can now directly download Fortnite from the Google Play Store instead of the Epic Games Store.

After being released on Android in 2018, Fortnite could only be downloaded through the Epic Games store. On April 22, 2020, the official Fortnite Twitter page tweeted that Fortnite is now available for download through the Google Play Store.

Android users no longer need to download the Epic Games store just to download the game.

Fortnite is a free-to-play player-vs-player battle royale online video game that was developed by Epic Games that supports up to 100 players. It was originally launched as an early access game in 2017 for PC.
