Honor 30, Honor 30 Pro with RYYB sensor cameras now official in China!

Honor recently announced the Honor 30 and Honor 30 Pro with RYYB camera sensors, 4,000mAh battery and 40W fast charging for the Chinese market.

Alongside the launch of the top spec'd Honor 30 Pro+ that you can read about at this link, Honor also announced the vanilla Honor 30 and the Honor 30 Pro. 

All three models feature an AMOLED display with a punch hole and a rectangular camera set-up at the back. 

The vanilla Honor 30 comes with a 6.53-inch FHD+ OLED display with a punch-hole that houses the 32MP front-facing camera. Under the display is the fingerprint scanner.

Inside the device are a 7nm 1.84GHz Kirin 985 CPU and Mali-G77 GPU, 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB of internal storage. 

At the back of the device is the main 40MP RYYB-sensor main camera, 8MP ultra-wide camera, and 8MP periscope camera.

The Honor 30 will come in Black, Purple, and Green.

Honor 30 Pro features a massive 6.57-inch FHD+ OLED display with a capsule-shaped punch-hole for the dual 32MP main and 8MP ultra-wide front-facing camera. Under the display is a built-in fingerprint scanner.

Inside the Honor 30 Pro is the Kirin 990 5G CPU with 8GB/12GB RAM, and 128GB/256GB of internal storage.

At the back of the device is a 40MP RYYB main camera, 8MP 5x telephoto Periscope camera with up to 50x hybrid zoom and a 16MP ultra-wide and macro camera.

The Honor 30 Pro will come in Purple, Black, Silver and Green colors.

Both models run on Magic UI 3.1.0 based on Android 10. Both also have a large 4,000 mAh battery with support for 40W fast wired charging. Only the Pro model features the 27W fast wireless charging feature.

China pricing with direct PHP conversion without taxes or shipping:

Honor 30 6GB/128GB - CNY 2,999 (around PHP 22K)

Honor 30 8GB/128GB - CNY 3,199 (around PHP 23K)

Honor 30 8GB/256GB - CNY 3,499 (around PHP 25K)

Honor 30 Pro 8GB/128GB - CNY 3,999 (around PHP 29K)

Honor 30 Pro 8GB/256GB - CNY 4,399 (around PHP 32K)

Pre-orders for China have begun and will be available for purchase on April 21, 2020.

There is no word yet on Philippine pricing and availability.
