Huawei P40 series awarded as the Best Photo Smartphone by TIPA!

Huawei P40 series has just been awarded as the Best Photo Smartphone by the Technical Image Press Association (TIPA) for TIPA World Awards 2020.

Aside from DxOMark, TIPA crowns the Huawei P40 series best

To recall, independent camera benchmark website DxOMark gave the Huawei P40 Pro the highest score ever for both the rear cameras and selfie cameras.

On ther other hand, at the Technical Image Press Association (TIPA)'s annual TIPA World Awards 2020, the Huawei P40 series was awarded the best photo in the smartphone category.

Co-engineered with Leica, the Huawei P40, P40 Pro and P40 Pro+ shares a massive 1/1.28-inch RYYB sensor that works in conjunction with the powerful 7nm Kirin 990 5G chipset.

TIPA also commended the smartphone for its AI-powered white balance algorithms that improve low-light performance and that optimize skin tones and textures while enhancing dynamic range. TIPA was also impressed by the ability of the smartphone to focus on all pixels.
