Budget bang-for-the-buck specs fight
Build/Design - It is very similar in this regard. Both are equipped with stylish back designs with a 2.5D curved glass-like finish. In front, the two both come with a notch display. The Vivo Y11 is slightly bigger at 159.43 x 76.77 while the Y6p is slightly thicker at 9.04 mm.

Huawei Y6p |
Display - The two phones arrived with pretty HD+ large screens with slim bezels for the price. Both also have a tiny notch designed to house the selfie cams. The two are using IPS panels with decent overall color output and quality. The 6p has a smaller and slightly sharper display at 278 ppi, but it has the taller 20:9 screen aspect ratio.
Specs - In terms of processing performance, the 1.95GHz 12nm Snapdragon 439 octa-core processor is a tad ahead of MediaTek's 2.0GHz 12nm MediaTek Helio P22 octa-core processor. We slightly favor Y11's SD439 SoC with Adreno 505 GPU for handling games as well.

Vivo Y11 |
But for multitasking, the Y6p is ahead. It uses a larger 4GB RAM versus the 3GB RAM of Vivo. It has double the storage at 64GB versus 32GB as well.
For battery, the two are equipped with similarly large 5,000mAh juice with micro USB 10W charging.
Cameras - I'll go with the Y6p for the back camera due to its triple-camera setup with an ultra-wide camera mode. Its 13MP f/1.8 primary shooter could have a better performance in the dark as well.
The Y11 might have a faster focus due to its use of PDAF tech. In front, its 8MP f/1.8 camera should be better than the 8MP f/2.0 of Y6p.
Other features - Again, it is a nice match here. Both come with a fingerprint scanner at the back. The two also have face unlock, OTG, and Band 28 700MHz 4G LTE.
Y6p comes with a Wireless FM Radio and newer Android 10 OS with HMS though.
Huawei Y6p advantages - Taller display, larger 4GB RAM, bigger 64GB storage, triple-cam with ultra-wide, Wireless FM Radio, Android 10 out of the box
Vivo Y11 advantages - Slightly faster CPU/GPU, 8MP f/1.8 selfie cam, gyroscope sensor
Our thoughts
These two are highly competitive smartphones for the price. If you prioritize gaming more, Y11 could be the better choice. Other than that, the Huawei Y6p sports the more attractive specs overall.
