In partnership with Lazada, Lenovo Philippines has dropped the price of the IdeaPad Slim for a limited time. From PHP 14,999, it will retail for just PHP 9,999 from May 3 to 5.

To recall, the Lenovo IdeaPad 1 is an ultra-budget laptop that is surprisingly capable. It features an 11.6-inch HD 1366 x 768 screen with anti-glare, 45 percent NTSC, and 250 nits brightness along with the Intel Celeron N4020 dual-core processor with up to 2.8GHz clock speed.

It is paired with 4GB DDR4 RAM, 64GB eMMC storage, 32WHr  battery with up to 8 hours battery life and 45W charging, VGA (0.3MP) webcam, and 2x 1.5W speakers with Dolby Audio.

For connectivity, it has WiFi 802.11 and Bluetooth 4.2. You'll also find a 2x USB 3.1 slot, microSD card reader, 3.5mm headphone/mic combo, and Novo button.

The device measures at 228 x 220 x 17.7 mm and weighs at 1.2 kg.

It runs with the limited Windows 10 S Mode OS.
