On schedule, Xiaomi Philippines dropped the price of the Redmi 9 3GB/32GB variant only for today July 7, 2020. From PHP 6,990, it will be priced at just PHP 6,490 during the sale.

To recall, the Redmi 9 is one of the most bang-for-the-buck entry-level smartphones of 2020.

It is a device equipped with stylish curved back in Carbon Grey, Ocean Green, and Sunset Purple colorways and a circular design around the vertically-aligned quad-camera hump.

In front, it uses a 6.53-inch notch display with FHD+ 2400 x 1080 resolution and a 20:9 screen aspect ratio. Phones with FHD+ resolutions are rare at this price point.
