During the Unpacked 2020 online event, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Watch3 together with its much-anticipated smartphone, tablets, and accessories. This smartwatch boasts of a cool and trendy design that is complemented with advanced features.

Its body is either stainless steel or titanium whereas its strap is made from premium genuine leather. Samsung brings back the rotating bezel, which users can use to scroll through the menus and other parts of its UI. 

Classy and durable build

The watch itself is stunning with a full-color AMOLED display with an IP68 and MIL-STD-810G  protection so it can endure water, dust, and minor bumps.

Galaxy Watch3 is equipped with a health monitor so its users can easily track their exercise, sleep, stress levels like the previous versions have. However, this one has blood oxygen and fall detection feature.  It automatically sends the user's location to four emergency contact persons. It also features a  heart rate and blood pressure monitors plus an EKG sensor for tracking heart activity.

Monitor your health and fitness activities

This smartwatch can also act as a fitness coach seeing that it can detect those typical exercises such as running, biking, rowing, swimming, and others. With this, you can try different workouts, set goals, and check your own progress. 

For serious runners or those who are starting to join marathons in the future,  Samsung Galaxy Watch3 includes these handy functions for training: running form analysis, VO2 max O2, and post-run feedback. 

Running Analysis can assist users to run better, improve form, and prevent injuries. On the other hand, the VO2 max follows the cardio progress to provide insight into oxygen consumption.

Galaxy Watch3 will be available in 41mm and 45mm Bluetooth variants and two colors: Mystic Bronze and Mystic Black.

The Galaxy Watch3 Titanium variant is going to be sold as an online exclusive model later this year and no pricing yet. As for the stainless steel variants, they will be available on August 21, 2020.
