LG Q31 fits the bill for a small device

For starters, it has a 5.7-inch FullVision HD+ display. It seems to have a plastic back with a horizontal camera bump. In front, there's a notch and bezels that are a bit thick even for a budget device. It is also sporting the Panda King Glass screen protection.

Inside, it has the 2.0GHz MediaTek Helio P22 octa-core processor, PowerVR GE8320 GPU, up to 3GB RAM, 32GB expandable storage, and a 3,000mAh battery. For photos, it has a dual-camera setup with a 13MP f/1.8 main sensor with PDAF + 5MP ultra-wide-angle camera with 120-degree FOV and LED flash. It also has a 5MP selfie camera with Gesture Shot, Auto Shot, and Gesture Interval Shot.

It also has a dedicated Google Assistant key, MIL-STD 810G certification, WiFi, LTE, and Bluetooth. It also has a 3.5mm audio jack and micro USB port.

The phone loads Android 10 with LG UX 9.1 on top.

Expected US price with direct to PHP conversion (no taxes and duties yet):

The LG Q31 is priced at just USD 180 which is around PHP 8.7K out of straight conversion. It will start shipping in South Korea on September 25. No words yet about local availability though.
