As mentioned, vivo X50e 5G shares a similar back and front design coming from the S1 Pro. It comes with a 3D curved glass-like with diamond-shaped quad-cam in Night and Water Mirror colorway.

The front panel appears to be the same since it has a notch, but it is using a large 6.44-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ 2400 x 1080 resolution, 20:9 cinematic aspect ratio, instead of a 6.38-inch panel. vivo retained the In-Display fingerprint reader.

Under the hood, it is way more powerful. It now uses the 7nm EUV Snapdragon 765G octa-core processor coming from SD665. That 5G-ready chip is commonly found on higher priced premium mid-rangers.

It is paired with 8GB RAM, 128GB expandable storage via microSD slot, and a 4,350mAh battery. The battery is smaller, but it goes with a faster 33W Flash Charge solution via USB-C.

For cameras, it is stronger as well. It features a 48MP f/1.79 + main cam + 13MP f/2.46 telephoto cam + 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide cam + 2MP f/2.4 macro cam + LED flash. In front, it has a 32MP f/2.0 selfie shooter.

The phone also has WiFi, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and NFC.
