Emergency services contact and location info in one app

Samsung Philippines introduces the Samsung 321 app that is designed to provide emergency services information within a 5Km radius of the user's current location by simply dialling 321 on your device even when the user is offline or online.

These services include Fire, Police, Motor & Traffic Assistance, Red Cross, Local Government, National Disaster Hotlines, Medical Assistance, 911 and even COVID.

The app gathers and lists emergency services contact and location information of the nearest to the user. It also conveniently lists the contact and location information of the nearby Samsung mobile phone and appliance service centers in the Philippines.

As previously mentioned, it works when the user is offline or online and there are situations where Telco charges will apply.

The Samsung 321 app is developed by Samsung R&D Institute Philippines and is now available for download at the Philippine Google Play Store for free.

As of October 1, 2020, the app has been rated well by 886 people with an average rating of 4.2.
