Brother Philippines extended its support for  Relay for Life to help cancer patients around the world. This year the event was held virtually.

A virtual donation ceremony was also held by Brother Philippines

Relay for Life is a global movement initiated to support and raise funds for cancer patients around the world by walking or running around a track. It is now in its ninth year and is a part of the Brother Group's Golden Ring Project. However, due to the pandemic, the event cannot be held in the real world. Instead, this year's event was held virtually on the Philippine Cancer Society's Facebook page on August 22.

There was a virtual donation ceremony held as well via video conference attended by Brother International Philippines Corporation officials and Brother Industries Philippines, Inc. employees. A donation of PHP 60,000 was given to Relay for Life. There are also other initiatives that fall under the Brother Group's Golden Ring Project as well that overall support the fight against cancer.
