realme X50 Pro 5G launches in the Philippines, available via Smart Signature Plan

On schedule, realme today launched its very-first 5G-ready smartphone in the Philippines—the flagship-grade X50 Pro 5G.

Frosted glass back

First announced in late February this year, the realme X50 Pro 5G finally arrived in the country and it is still one of the most capable 5G-ready phones today.

The handset boasts a frosted glass 3D curved glass at the back in Moss Green and Rust Red colorways.

Large AMOLED display

In front, it uses a large 6.44-inch Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, FHD+ resolution, HDR10+ support, 100 percent DCI-P3, and 105 percent NTSC color gamut, In-Display fingerprint reader, and a dual punch-hole housing the 32MP + 8MP selfie dual-cam.

Inside, it is powered by Qualcomm's flagship 2.84GHz 7nm Snapdragon 865 octa-core processor with Adreno 650 GPU, 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, 256GB UFS 3.0 storage, and 4,200mAh battery with 65W SuperDart fast charging support which can charge the phone from 0 to 100 percent in 35 minutes.

Keeping the performance in check is the phone's Five-dimensional Vapor Cooling System.

For cameras, the device sports a quad-cam setup featuring the 64MP f/1.8 Samsung GW1 w/ UIS + 8MP f/2.3 w/ 119-degree ultra-wide-angle w/ 3cm macro + 12MP f/2.5 w/ 5x optical hybrid zoom + 2MP f/2.4 mono + dual-tone LED flash.

It also has water splash resistance, Smart PA, stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos, and Hi-Res audio certification.

realme X50 Pro 5G is now available via Smart Signature Plan M 1,499 with a one-time cash-out of PHP 6,900 and PHP 400 monthly amortization.

Basically, you can get it for PHP 1,899 per month for 24 months.

Those who will pre-order it from December 3 to December 10, 2020, will get a realme Watch worth PHP 3,990.

It will be available starting December 11 onwards via Smart Signature plans (Online and in-stores).
