Build/Design - The OnePlus Nord N10 5G features a glossy, glasstic back with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. It also has a small punch-hole upfront for a seamless looking screen. The screen is also protected by Gorilla Glass 3.

The POCO X3 NFC features a unique-looking 3D curved back design with distinct patterns and a camera island. It also has an aluminum frame and IP53 water splash resistance. It also has Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

The POCO X3 NFC takes the lead here with a more unique design, water splash resistance, and better Gorilla Glass protection.

Specs - For performance, OnePlus Nord N10 5G has an 8nm 2.0GHz Snapdragon 690 octa-core processor, Adreno 619L GPU, 6GB LPDDR4X RAM, 128GB UFS 2.1 expandable storage, and a 4,300mAh with 30W Warp Charge 30T.

POCO X3 NFC has a 2.3GHz 8nm Snapdragon 732G octa-core processor, Adreno 618 GPU, 6GB LPDDR4X RAM,  up to 128GB UFS 2.1 expandable storage, and a 5,160mAh w/ith 33W fast charging.

The OnePlus Nord N10 5G may have a lower clock speed but it edged out the POCO X3 NFC in terms of AnTuTu benchmark. It uses new Cortex-A77 big cores, a better Adreno 619L GPU, and the built-in 5G support. For the rest of the specs, it is virtually a tie.

For the batteries, POCO X3 NFC wins with a larger battery and a faster-charging technology.

Cameras - The OnePlus Nord N10 5G has a quad-camera setup with a  64MP f/1.79 + 8MP f/2.25 ultra-wide-angle + 2MP f/2.4 macro + 2MP f/2.4 mono + LED flash. For selfies, there's a 16MP f/2.05 sensor.

POCO X3 NFC has a quad-camera setup with 64MP f/1.89 Sony IMX682 w/ PDAF + 13MP f/2.2 119-degree ultra-wide-angle + 2MP f/2.4 4cm macro + 2MP f/2.4 depth + LED flash. For selfies, it has an 20MP f/2.2 sensor.

In terms of rear cameras, POCO X3 NFC has a slightly better offering due to the 13MP ultra-wide-angle sensor. For selfies, it also takes the lead with a bigger sensor.

Our thoughts

POCO X3 NFC still comes out as the better package for a significantly lower price of PHP 12,990. It has a better screen, better cameras, bigger battery, water resistance, and more features.

But, the OnePlus Nord N10 5G at PHP 14,990 gives you a future-proof phone with 5G and a slightly faster CPU and GPU, at least with benchmarks, for just PHP 2K more. It does not fall behind that much as well in other aspects.

Overall, if you need a future-proof phone for less, we think that the Nord N10 5G is the better device. If you are on a tight budget, the POCO X3 NFC is not a bad choice as well.
