Globe makes 5G roaming for foreign visitors available, announces new promos and rewards too!

During the Globe Innovation Fest earlier, the local telco giant introduced new offers to improve the everyday experiences of their customers.

First, the company shared updates regarding its 5G roaming services as the pioneer of 5G in the country.

After making the service available in UAE and Thailand, Globe's 5G roaming service will be available across Asia, Middle East, North America, and several countries in Europe soon.

Also, Globe shared that subscribers of select foreign telcos visiting the Philippines can enjoy 5G roaming.

Globe also introduced the GBs to Points. With this, Globe subscribers can soon start converting their unused GBs to Globe Rewards points via the Globe One App.

1GB = 1 Rewards Point for Prepaid. For Postpaid, 1GB = 10 Rewards Points. 3GB Home Prepaid WiFi for 3GB = 3 Rewards.

These promos may be converted into points at any time within the promo validity before the plan's cutoff date.

For Globe Postpaid, GCash credits can be spent on content subscriptions, shopping vouchers, and even robot vacuums.

Meanwhile, aside from the data allocations, customers will receive unlimited all-net calls & texts, FREE GoWiFi when in transit, unlimited teleconsultation via KonsultaMD & 3 months of insurance coverage via GInsure from Singlife with plan offers like GPlan with Device, GPlan SIM-only, and GPlan with GCash.

Globe Rewards and iQIYI

Soon, Globe Postpaid make special offers for the iQIYI app, one of the leading online movie and video streaming websites for Korean and Chinese TV dramas, movies, variety shows, and Japanese anime. iQIYI VIP offers with advanced episodes and no ads will be available in GlobeOne and GCash apps next month.

For Globe At Home, the company's Unli Fiber Up plan boasts speeds up to 100 Mbps for just PHP 2,899. Customers will also be covered with 3 months' worth of FREE GInsure.

More than reliable connectivity, customers are also covered with 3 months worth of FREE GInsure medical coverage for COVID 19 and dengue of up to PHP 140,500.
