Grab is adhering to health protocols as it continues to serve its customers

As announced on its Facebook page, the ride-hailing company will still continue its GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabExpress, and GrabCar for 24 hours. At the same time, they also requested that the customers will extend their patience in case there are delays. There will be a possible slow down as they are observing the safety protocols.

Moreover, Grab pointed out the fact that everyone must continue following health and safety measures. Before booking a ride, there's a prompt of reminders for the passengers. The first one is to avoid availing of the transport service if one is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. 

Also, they are imposing cashless transactions to minimize physical contact between the passenger and the Grab driver. Needless to say, wearing a face shield and mask is a must. They also noted that rides have fewer seats allotted to encourage social distancing.
