OPPO service centers now accepts cashless transactions

In case you've been waiting for this, OPPO has announced that their service centers are now accepting cashless transactions.

There's Gcash, GrabPay, and more!

With the safety of customers and convenience in-store in mind, OPPO has partnered with several mobile payment platforms to fully implement cashless payment options. And they are as follows: Gcash, GrabPay, HelloMoney, Alipay, Union Pay, Home Credit Pay, and WeChat Pay.

Ensuring safety and convenience for our customers is a key priority especially at this time.  We continue to find ways to develop and innovate the way we do customer care. Apart from the scheduled in-store visits and Door-to-Door Service, we’re happy to make things even more convenient for everyone with our latest cashless payment transaction service, Aaron Gueverra, OPPO Philippines Aftersales Assistant Director.

Customers who wish to visit may schedule to their preferred service center via call. A customer service representative will assist the customer on their preferred schedule of visit. For residents of NCR, Door-to-Door service is also an option but with a limited number of home service requests per day only.

For service centers located at the mall, operation hours start from 10AM to 6:30PM. Meanwhile, service centers located outside the mall, operation hours start from 9AM to 5:30 PM. 

The service centers in Pampanga are open from 8 AM to 5 PM, while Service Centers in Alabang are open from 11 AM to 6 PM. The schedule of mall-based service centers may change depending on the government’s community quarantine protocols.
